New Colour Options For Kawasaki 250cc Road Bikes
Kawasaki Ninja 250R and KLX250 get new colour schemes
Following its successful debut, the Kawasaki Ninja 250R will be available in a dramatic new colour and graphic treatment from early March 2009. As a tribute to Kawasaki’s competition heritage, the new Ninja 250R features a striking design incorporating three colours that reflect Kawasaki’s unique racing identity.
Highly popular since its launch in April 2008, the Ninja 250R has proven its worth as an easy to ride and fun bike for urban use, regardless of rider background, from new biker to experienced motorcyclist.
The new model features a beautifully finished play of colours, with black, green and white accentuating essential parts of the bodywork, giving the bike a highly desirable appearance. As a finishing touch, even the wheel rims have Lime Green striping just like a Kawasaki race bike.
In addition to the new Kawasaki Ninja 250R Special Edition, the bike will also be available in the familiar and highly popular Lime Green and Metallic Diablo Black versions.
The versatile dual purpose Kawasaki KLX250 enters 2009 with a subtle twist. A new ebony colour scheme gives riders another stylish option, in addition to the Lime Green version previously introduced in the Autumn of 2008.
The KLX250 has already been praised in the press for its easy handling, rideability and excellent quality of finish. Now with an added colour option, the KLX is sure to satisfy the needs of urban riders who yearn for adventure.
Commenting on the two new machines, Kawasaki Motors UK Sales and Marketing Manager, Michael Johnstone said, “Kawasaki has quickly become known as the quality player in the 250cc motorcycle market. With the introduction of the KLX250 and these new colour options, the choice is now even wider”.
