British 125GP: The Honeymoon Period Is Over For Robbie Stewart
Stewart looking to reward Team Repli-Cast with podium finishes
Robbie Stewart the 17 Year old Scot and Team Rider for Repli-Cast UK Racing will now prove that the honeymoon period of getting back in the seat of the 125 GP Class is over and following his 4th place finish at Knock Hill is determined to aim for a podium place at Mallory Park.
Due to joining the team at the first round of the season and having to get back to the Style, Weight and fast Corner Speed, the team decided to give the first few rounds away and concentrate on getting Robbie and the bike set up under race conditions and this as now all proved successful with the finish he has worked hard for and clearly deserved at Knock Hill.
Robbie Stewart #2
“The Bike is now fantastic and I now know what’s needed to mix it with the best out there. I need to work harder than ever due the muscle I built up when riding in the European 600 super stocks last year.”
“The Team have been very patient with me all season and we have all worked hard to get to the front of the grid where we belong. I now would like to reward them with a podium as they have fully funded all my racing this year when no one else wanted to know said Robbie”
Gary Dawson, Team Manager – Repli-Cast UK Racing
“It’s been very tough bringing back to the class such a talented 125 rider and getting him to believe in himself once again due to the demoralisation he suffered at the hands of his foreign team last year.”
“We believe we have done all we can now at this stage and now it’s up to him to show everyone the old Robbie Stewart we knew and admired.”
“We are still looking for sponsors or investors who would like to come on board to help Robbie however small as every little helps to keep this hard working and totally committed rider on track.”
Please contact www.replicastuk.com or Gary Dawson on 01226 249667 if you would like to be part of Robbie’s racing. Investment will be rewarded with Tickets, Team Wear, Advertising, and Hospitality etc.
