Harley-Davidson Sales Plunge

Harley-Davidson Inc. said Thursday its third-quarter profit fell sharply, as the slowing economy took its toll on sales of its iconic motorcycles. Motorcycle Market Holds Up Well During Credit Crunch!

Motorcycle sales in September dropped by 9.7 per cent – less than half the 21.2 per cent monthly decline recorded yesterday by the UK car industry.
